❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Is Shadow Grey functionally identical to White?
Yes — same camera, same AI, same PoE; only the finish differs. Pick the colour that suits the mounting surface.
What do I need for PoE?
A PoE switch or injector — one Ethernet cable then carries both power and network (up to ~100m).
Does the AI need a subscription?
No — detection runs on the camera. Recordings go to microSD or HomeKit Secure Video.
