Shipping Policy

Delivery area
We deliver throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy (door-to-door).

Delivery cost
Johannesburg / Gauteng local: R120 per order
Rest of South Africa: R150 per order
FREE delivery on orders over R2,500 (incl. VAT).
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Johannesburg / Gauteng: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Other main centres: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Outlying and regional areas: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Backorder / special-order items
Items marked as backorder or "2–7 Day Supply" are dispatched as soon as stock arrives, normally within 2–7 business days. We will contact you if there is any delay.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Collection
Orders may be collected from 8 Wildebraam Street, Weltevreden Park, Roodepoort by arrangement. Please wait for your "ready for collection" email before coming.

Damaged or missing items
Please report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to sales@eiferer.co.za with your order number and photos.

Note: we do not ship via the Post Office.
