The MINI-ZBD is a Zigbee 3.0 dry-contact relay with both NO (normally open) and NC (normally closed) modes — it switches a circuit without supplying power to it, so you can automate existing equipment without rewiring. Runs on 110–240V AC or 12–48V DC, controls DC loads up to 8W directly, and drives high-power equipment via a contactor. Zigbee hub required. MPN: MINI-ZBD.

What is a dry contact and why does it matter?
A dry contact is a volt-free switch — it just opens and closes two terminals like a push-button, without supplying any power. That's exactly what gate motors, garage controllers, boilers and alarm inputs expect, so the MINI-ZBD can automate them safely without changing the existing wiring.
Can it open my gate or garage door?
Usually yes — most gate and garage motors have trigger terminals designed for a momentary dry-contact pulse. Wire the MINI-ZBD across those terminals and you can operate the door from the app or an automation. Check your motor's manual for the trigger input.
Can it switch my geyser or aircon?
Not directly for heavy loads — but it's the perfect low-power controller. Use it to drive a contactor, and the contactor switches the high-current geyser element, aircon or large pump. Direct control is limited to DC loads up to 8W.
Do I need a hub?
